One of Jon's greatest pleasures is his children’s shock when he wears a tie. He believes that the best reason to work hard is to allow time off, and since we do spend a lot of time working, he values how nice everyone at Verge is. Currently his favorite game involves racing his wife and two daughters to identify the random pictures that their computer decides to show them (extra credit for naming others at the event but not pictured!). |

Mark has excellent balance and can walk in a perfect circle. People say he looks like Matt Lauer but he actually thinks like him too. Years ago he discovered the meaning of life but forgot to write it down. He knows the exact location of every food item in the supermarket. He can bake 30 minute brownies in 20 minutes. |

Born and raised in Suburbia just north of Chicago, Allie is thrilled to be residing in the shadows of Wrigley Field. She not only loves cheering for her Wisconsin Badgers and Green Bay Packers, but you can find this sports nut spiking a volleyball at the beach all summer long (despite her constant clumsiness and terrible sense of balance- she swears that wall ran into her). She recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin as an engineer, and is excited to jump into the IT world and be a part of Verge Solutions! |

Allyson is a sweet Southern girl who grew up in beautiful East Tennessee. She spends her free time at the beach, cheering on the Tennessee Vols football team, baking/cooking, and hanging out with her wonderful husband, Seth, and 1 year old son, Hilton. |

Amy came to the Charleston area seven years ago from Raleigh, NC with her husband and two daughters. She loves the outdoors for sittin' and sippin' a beverage, but prefers to camp in a hotel with room service and wi-fi. Amy is seriously committed to her home team, "the real Carolina…UNC" and continuing to keep the southern tradition of pound cakes and monogram showers alive and well. Her life long ambition is to own a real tiara. During her down time as a true southern belle, she helps Verge with go to market strategies. |

Ashley crossed the border from North Carolina to South Carolina in September 2011 with her husband, Jeff, and adorable English Bulldog, Peyton. Ashley's parents were obviously preparing her for this southern transition as they raised her on sweet tea and biscuits. As the Marketing Manager at Verge she gets to fuse creativity with strategy to create value, solutions, and relationships. In her downtime she is attempting to experience Charleston living at its finest, so she can be found lounging on a porch sipping mint julips, hanging out at the beach, or perfecting the “rustic meets modern” motif of her 177 year old house. |

Bryan is originally from Maryland, but relocated to Charleston to attend The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina. He went on to attend Grad school at Regis University in Denver. Bryan is a competitive powerlifter and bodybuilder, making him the official muscle of the Charleston office. He actually came with instructions: Must be fed every 3 hours or turns into a Gremlin. He is a huge Michigan football fan (Go Blue!) and enjoys working on his truck which is so loud that it often sets off car alarms. |

Christie believes in following the Irish Sutton motto “Live to Live” and for that reason alone can be seen laughing at her own jokes. She is known to embody the passion of Pacino: “You’re out of order! The whole trial is out of order!” and carries that same passion into her allegiance to the Philadelphia Eagles. She also loves travel - the more exotic the better - and has made some dear friends in far off lands. Stateside, she enjoys being a short drive from her parents, three brothers, nieces, nephew and of course, the ocean. |

Danielle grew up in the Big Apple, has resided in Florida and Colorado, but Mount Pleasant is now her happy home (where she gladly spends summers on the beach and winters without shoveling snow). Danielle and her husband Brian realize their Orange and Blue Florida Gator colors stick out like a sore thumb here in the Lowcountry, but they remain fiercely loyal to their college team, and are bracing themselves for the day when their two daughters express a desire to attend Clemson or USC. After 12 long years working in the rental car industry, Danielle happily joined the Verge family and was promptly nicknamed “Stella” by her fellow Account Managers. |

Born and raised in Western Mass, Jason realized he spent way too much time wondering where the summer went as he raked leaves and shoveled snow. One visit to the Holy City in 2010 was all it took to know he wanted to call it "home". Two months later, he packed his bags and moved south with his high school sweetheart. Two years later, he married her on Folly Beach and bought a house in Mt Pleasant where he plans to grow his roots and raise a family. In his spare time, Jason is an avid photographer whose latest inspiration is derived from the very historic and scenic lowcountry landscape. |

Jill comes to us from the big apple after moving to Charleston, in August of 2011, to escape the snow, the subway and the tourists. Although it’s been quite a transition, she loves being able to run outside in January and being a stone’s throw from the beach! When not at Verge, Jill enjoys decorating and redecorating her first home, cooking (except chicken), baking cupcakes, running and the occasional hot yoga class. When she grows up, Jill hopes to own a farm where she can rescue all animals that need a good home. She lives in Mount Pleasant with her boyfriend and beautiful fur baby. |

Jim was born in Melbourne, Australia to Greek Parents. From a young age, Jim always had a fascination with computers and went on to complete his Bachelors of Computer Science degree at Monash University in Australia. Four years ago, Jim decided he needed a change. He moved to Kansas City, met and married his wife Natalie. Outside of work, Jim enjoys grilling, music and guitar playing. By his sophomore year in high school Mario Batali was his muse and his “sandwich art” was known throughout the Tri-state area. Presently Jon-Paul enjoys the culinary delights of sunny Charleston South Carolina including his wife’s specialty tofu with acorn squash. |

He enjoys playing guitar, gaming, a bit of hockey and anything that plugs into the wall. |

Beyond being the Verge resident bug zapper and data updater, Katie is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and in Hap Ki Do. She teaches martial arts, enjoys baking and gaming, and adores spending time with her daughter, Abby, and her friends. She and Abby live in the Chicago suburbs with their cats Arnold and Waffle. |

His biggest joy is raising his children, Drew and Lilah, with his wife, Angie. |

Mary is a redhead for a reason. Born and raised on St. Simons Island, she ventured to the College of Charleston for higher education in 2006, and the rest is history. Despite southern roots, Mary’s deep Georgian accent only surfaces after a glass of red wine or if she’s agitated – fair warning. As part of Verge’s marketing team, Mary serves as the Marketing Manager’s right-hand woman supporting creative strategies and initiatives with detail coordination, plan execution and snarky commentary. Outside of work, Mary tutors college students at her alma mater and the Citadel while also serving as the Fundraising Chair for HALOS. Swearing that running is cheaper than therapy, she has grand aspirations to do a race in all 50 states and is currently training for the Disney Princess half marathon in Orlando, Fla. |

An RN for 32 years, Mary cared for cardiac patients taking her love of “high-tech” to the healthcare software industry, quality consulting, healthcare sales, and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. |

Meka’s evenings are usually filled with episodes of Dora the Explorer and Bubble Guppies; therefore there’s never ending learning of Spanish, or ensuring that she never loses site of all of her shapes and numbers! She married young at 19; this year will be 10 years married to her husband, Anthony (Dec. 2013). They moved to Charleston in March of 2009 to be closer to family after Anthony left the Air Force. They have a 4 year old daughter, Ella. She keeps them on their toes by being the center of the world. Monica enjoys being outdoors: gardening, kayaking, sailing, swimming, bird watching, etc. She has an old soul with a massive sweet tooth. Monica can do basically anything from arts and crafts projects to handyman work. Someday, she would love to live in the cool mountain air over-looking a small town and watch the thunderstorms roll in through the hills. |

Russ grew up in the suburbs northwest of Chicago and spent summer vacations in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. When he visited the city with friends during college it was an easy decision that he would move here and stay forever. Russ attended the University of Delaware for an undergraduate degree in Agriculture (sounded fun to be outside) and continues to visit the campus and follow UD sports as often as possible. He loves the peninsula of Charleston and lives downtown enjoying the bars, restaurants and activities of the city with his fiancée, Jenny and beagle, Beauregard. |

In his spare time Shannon enjoys being on the water and tailgating for Clemson football games and has a deep passion for music and sports. After spending four years in the Active Duty USAF as an F-15 Crew Chief, a short stint as a carpenter’s helper, a two year stint as a contracted F-15 instructor in Saudi Arabia, and an 8 year duration in the USAF Reserves as a C-17 Electrician, Wes earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the College of Charleston. In his personal time, Wes is aspiring to become a professional PBA bowler, he loves tinkering with cars, computers, and Christmas light displays, spending time on the water in his Sea Ray, and being a good dad to his son, Evan Giovanni. |
