Verge Solutions helps a diverse group of hospital staff and departments streamline their approach and realize results. Clients input data collection tools including chart audits, environmental tours, practice tracers, OPPE/FPPE data, incident reports and more. This allows them to integrate compliance and accreditation with patient safety, infection control, quality improvement, medical staff management, environment of care and many other departments throughout the facility to create comprehensive management solutions.
