VSurvey is the only product that includes the ability to continuously monitor compliance
with a wide range of regulatory agencies (not just Joint Commission,
but also CMS, state regulatory agencies, MAGNET, HFAP, CARF, Baldrige, LeapFrog,
and more). VSurvey automatically informs users when there has been a change
in compliance standards from regulatory agencies which eliminates
the need for staff to worry about missing an important change that could impact
the facility’s compliance status. All standards are loaded for the facility and
stored by chapter / section and the software allows for easy “drill down” to underlying
information and scoring.

multiple staff members to report and track incidents / occurrences for real time

(such as audits, tracers, environmental tours, and more.) based on questions or
subject. The test compliance information can be created in one place and “pushed”
out to multiple settings improving staff efficiency and accuracy.

which are easily linked to the appropriate EPs or CoPs (such as Plans of Action,
policies, committee meeting minutes). This feature allows the facility

at the EP or CoP level, along with the current compliance.

VSurvey provides storage and access to all historical notes for each EP, CoP
or incident. This feature means that there are no deleted or replaced
diary entries, allowing for quick and efficient historical references year after
year, even after an EP or CoP has been rescored.

VSurvey provides an easy uploading process for PPR data. With no
redundant data entry, users can upload PPR from the VSurvey home page to the Joint
Commission Intranet preventing the need to log in to another software tool saving
hours of staff time that could be used on other projects.

VSurvey’s comprehensive reporting features allow staff to create on-the-fly
analyses on any component within VSurvey, either with graphs or tabulations.
All analyses can be easily exported from the software and saves many hours of staff
time by eliminating the need to re-enter data into separate reporting packages.

VSurvey is a Web-based software package (ASP model) that minimizes impact on
the facility’s information service/support staff. The system is available
anytime and anywhere for the hospital users and user support is provided by telephone,
e-mail and web-based training videos. |
